The UDIA’s recent Perth and Peel Region Growth Corridors Infrastructure Requirements Report names Mundijong among its Immediate Priority Enabling Infrastructure, underscoring its importance to future housing growth.
Residents of Parcel Property’s Mundi Estate, located within the South Metropolitan Peel Sub-Region, would be among those to directly benefit from the recommended infrastructure packages identified in the report.
Parcel Property General Manager Jeremy Cordina welcomed the UDIA report.
“Demand for new housing continues to grow, especially in key growth corridors such as the South Metropolitan Peel Sub-Region where our Mundi Estate is located,” Jeremy said. “Funding the infrastructure packages identified in the report are crucial to unlocking land for housing supply in these corridors.”
With 1,900 lots available and now selling Stage 1, Mundi Estate is designed to provide residents with a blend of nature and convenience, providing lightning-fast fibre internet connection, landscaping packages, and connections to the CBD via Byford Station.
