Lee Johnstone Estate Manager
Lee has been in the property industry since 2007, starting in the New Homes market. This gave her experience in building which in land sales allows her to be able to understand the customer’s journey in choosing their dream home.
Prior to her time in property, Lee was the owner and operator of a lunch bar as well as being in pharmaceutical sales.
Her wide variety of experience in sales makes her a well-rounded member of the Parcel team.
As a testament to Lee’s success she has received the following awards:

- 2018 REIWA Top Salesperson Land Project Marketing – 2nd – 112 properties sold ($21.3M)
- 2016 REIWA Top Rookie Sales Person – Land Project Marketing – 1st Place

Debra Hanlon Estate Manager
Debra has been working in the building industry since 1985. Her experience allows her to understand both her customer’s dreams and the builder’s requirements.
During her career, Debra has worked for many home builders including Aveling Homes, Dale Alcock Homes and Celebration Homes.
To this day Debra still holds the sales record at Celebration Homes. Joining Parcel Property in 2018, Debra’s strong focus on customer service makes her a perfect fit for the Parcel family.
Zoe Watchman Sales Manager
Zoe began working in the property industry in 2008. Paving a successful career for herself she transitioned into real estate whilst studying for her sales registration license.
With the intent to diversify her industry knowledge, Zoe joined the administration team at BGC Residential in 2012. After 18 months with BGC, she was promoted to senior coordinator of sales and land acquisitions where she managed the commercial land purchases, external business relationship and internal sales management.
Through the business relationships Zoe forged at BGC, she was promoted to Sales Operations Manager at Satterley in 2015, working across 15 land estates throughout the north, south and eastern corridors.
Zoe joined Parcel Property in 2018 as Sales Manager. Zoe has had experience working on various Department of Communities and LandCorp projects such as Cassia (DoC), Eden Beach (DoC) and Allara (LandCorp).
