2. Understand your budget
Speak with our in-house finance experts, Resolve Finance, to determine how much you can borrow.
3. Choose the right development
Arrange a time to discuss our developments with our apartment specialists to learn more about why buying in a Parcel development is a smart decision.
4. Select your new apartment
This is the exciting part! Choose how many bedrooms you want, choose your colour scheme, review your specifications etc.
5. Receive your contract of sale
Once you have reviewed your contract, you can sit down with our apartment specialist to complete the contract of sale. Upon acceptance you will be sent a copy and the original will be sent to your settlement agent.
6. Make your deposit
Another great reason to buy with Parcel; you only require a $10,000 deposit* unlike most other developments who require 10%. There are no more payments until the project is complete.
7. Keep updated with purchaser updates
At Parcel when you buy with us you are not just a customer but part of our family. As such we will provide you with regular updates and images on the progress of your apartment.
8. Pre-settlement inspection
This is your opportunity to inspect your new home to ensure all items meet your high standards.
9. Get the keys
Congratulations, you are now the owner of a beautiful new Parcel Property apartment! Our Contracts Manager will be in contact to arrange handing over the keys and care packs.
